That’s set to happen in 16 days. I am a smidge undertrained but also dealing with some IT band tightness. Trying to balance the need for training with the need for rest. Also piling on the ice, pounding Aleve, and making a hot date with the foam roller whenever possible. And just got a tip yesterday that the hip abduction machine will help—that often ITBS is caused by weak hip abductors. So I’ll be working that in too.
